shipping & returns

We ship worldwide!! You can enjoy your Cosy Studios pieces no matter where you are in the world. 

When you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your order. Once your piece has been made just for you, you will receive a confirmation email from us that your order has been dispatched, along with a shipping notification from Australia Post.

Shipping import fees:

Each country has different import duty and tariff rules - please check with your local authorities. Currently, duties and customers are not included in our shipping costs.

Returns & Exchanges

We do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind. Only if your garment arrives broken or damaged. All of our garments are made-to-order. We cannot at this stage accept returns or refunds for change of mind/incorrect size.
