Where and how are your pieces produced?

Our pieces are handmade in Perth, Western Australia. We strongly believe in high-quality, small batch or made-to-order pieces, shopping small and supporting small and local women-run businesses in our community. 

Shipping

We ship worldwide!! You can enjoy your Cosy Studios pieces no matter where you are in the world.

Australia-wide (domestic): $10 AUD, 7-10 business days.

International: $25 AUD, 7-14 business days.

Do you accept returns or refunds?

Due to the handmade nature of our business, we do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind.

Only if your piece arrives broken or damaged, please email cosystudiosco@gmail.com with pictures within 72 hours of receiving your parcel, and we will attend to your issue as soon as possible.
