What is made-to-order? How long will it take for my piece to be made? 

All of our knitwear pieces are handmade to order in small quantities and will take around 1-4 weeks to make especially for you. Made-to-order means we only start making the piece once it has been ordered by you, our customer. This method reduces waste and means the piece is being created specifically for you. 

Where and how are your pieces produced?

Our pieces are handmade in Perth, Western Australia - all by myself! We strongly believe in high-quality, small batch or made-to-order, slow fashion pieces, shopping small and supporting small and local women-run businesses in our community.

We ship worldwide!! You can enjoy your Cosy Studios knitwear piece no matter where you are in the world.

Do you accept returns or refunds?

Due to the handmade nature of our business, we do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind. Only if your piece arrives broken or damaged. All of our garments are made-to-order. We cannot at this stage accept returns or refunds for change of mind/incorrect size.
