Cosy Mail is your quiet moment to slow down, craft, and reconnect with simple joys — a mail club that aims to brighten your day and inspire you to create!✨
Each month, you’ll get a lovingly curated envelope with a letter, sticker, A6 postcard print, a craft prompt, and sometimes a little surprise too. My hope is that it makes you smile, sparks your creativity, and brings a touch of calm to your day!
Shipping is included worldwide, and each envelope is sent the old-fashioned way — with a stamp and lots of love (no tracking, so it’s a sweet surprise when it arrives!).
Each theme is revealed at the start of each month, orders close at the end of the month, and your mail ships in the first week of the following month ✉️ e.g. November’s edition is announced October 1st, orders close October 31st, and ships in the first week of November.
You can pause, update, or cancel anytime via your subscription portal.

when will I recieve my letter?
Cosy Mail ships in the first week of each month. If you subscribe by the 5th, you’ll receive that month’s edition. Subscriptions made after the 5th will start with the following month’s mail.
When will I receive my letter?
Cosy Mail is sent via regular letter post (untracked) during the first week of the month.
- Within Australia: most letters arrive in major cities within 1–2 weeks.
- International: delivery can take 15+ business days depending on local post.
How can I update my address or payment details?
You can update your address, payment details, or pause/cancel anytime via your customer portal under your account. Or feel free to reach out to my via email cosystudiosco@gmail.com

When am I billed each month?
You’re billed on the same date each month as your original sign-up. (E.g., sign up on the 15th → billed on the 15th each following month.) If you’d like to cancel, please do so before your next billing date in your customer portal.
