Cosy Mail is your quiet little moment to slow down, create, and reconnect with simple joys — and now you can receive a little piece of it wherever you are. ✨
I created Digital Cosy Mail for anyone who loves the idea of Cosy Mail but might not be able to justify the cost of receiving physical mail every month. Whether you're saving a little, live somewhere with expensive postage, or simply prefer digital goodies, I wanted there to be a way for everyone to be part of the Cosy Mail club ♡
On the first of each month, you'll receive a new digital Cosy Mail envelope filled with little things to brighten your day and inspire you to create.
Inside, you'll always find:

♡ A piece of monthly artwork
♡ Digital stickers
♡ A phone wallpaper
♡ A desktop wallpaper
And each month there might be a few little surprises tucked inside too! ✨
Your Digital Cosy Mail is delivered through a little interactive online experience, where you can open your envelope and explore everything inside (just like receiving a tiny piece of snail mail, but digitally) 💌
🌷 How it works
When you subscribe, you'll be charged for your first month and receive that month's Cosy Mail email straight away i.e. if you join on 8 October, you'll receive your October Cosy Mail as soon as your payment goes through.
Your subscription will automatically renew on your billing date and you'll receive the newest month's Cosy Mail email.
Which means you can join at any time of the month and still receive the current month's edition rather than having to wait until the next month!!
You can pause, update, or cancel anytime via your subscription portal.

when will I recieve my letter?
Cosy Mail ships in the first week of each month. If you subscribe by the 5th, you’ll receive that month’s edition. Subscriptions made after the 5th will start with the following month’s mail.
When will I receive my letter?
Cosy Mail is sent via regular letter post (untracked) during the first week of the month.
- Within Australia: most letters arrive in major cities within 1–2 weeks.
- International: delivery can take 15+ business days depending on local post.
How can I update my address or payment details?
You can update your address, payment details, or pause/cancel anytime via your customer portal under your account. Or feel free to reach out to my via email cosystudiosco@gmail.com

No stress—email cosystudiosco@gmail.com ASAP with the correct details. If your order hasn’t been packed yet, I’ll update it before it ships.
When am I billed each month?
You’re billed on the same date each month as your original sign-up. (E.g., sign up on the 15th → billed on the 15th each following month.) If you’d like to cancel, please do so before your next billing date in your customer portal.
